Eurasian lynx

 

June 11 is International Lynx Day, the day set aside to celebrate and raise awareness of these magnificent wild cats. The Eurasians are the largest lynx species and the biggest wild cats native to Europe. They have long legs, black tufts of hair on their ears, and large padded paws.

 

We recognize the efforts of all people and organizations who work hard to protect lynx and their natural environments.  Thank you.
